SoTrace is a social listening platform. It watches the public conversation across networks, brings every mention into a single feed, and reads each one for intent, so a brand hears what people are saying the moment it is said, not a week later.
What SoTrace does
People talk about brands everywhere, all the time, and almost none of it reaches the brand. SoTrace closes that gap. You tell it what to watch, and it tracks matching public posts across the major social networks, classifies each mention for sentiment and intent, and surfaces the ones that matter: a complaint gathering steam, a question waiting for an answer, a spike worth understanding.
How we think about it
- Real time, in one place. Scattered tabs and manual searches miss things. A single live feed does not.
- Signal over noise. Volume is the least interesting number a brand can look at. What was said, by whom, and how they feel is the part worth acting on.
What it is not
SoTrace organizes and interprets publicly available conversation to help you decide what to do. It is a tool, not an adviser: the mentions it collects come from third-party platforms, and the judgments it draws from them are there to inform your decisions, not to make them for you.
