What people ask before they pick
- Which networks are on which plan?
- Free watches X. Starter adds TikTok, Instagram, Threads and GitHub. Pro and Business add Reddit, YouTube and LinkedIn, which are the three that cost the most to search, so they sit with the plans priced for them.
- What counts as a mention?
- One post, video, thread or issue that matched one of your keywords, stored once. We remove duplicates before they reach your budget, so the same post reposted across a thread is not counted twice.
- What happens when I reach the monthly limit?
- Collection pauses until the month resets, and nothing you have already collected is touched. You keep reading, filtering and exporting everything in the feed, and upgrading starts collection again straight away.
- How often are my keywords checked?
- Around the clock, without you asking for it. Higher plans are checked more often, and you can request a check yourself at any time. The first one runs the moment a keyword is added.
- Can I change or cancel a plan?
- Yes, both take effect on the spot, and everything collected stays yours either way. A change of plan also moves how often your existing keywords are checked, so a faster plan is faster from its next check.
